SHRIMP IN CITRUSY CHEESE SAUCE, MASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 Lb Large Shrimp (raw, deveined)
- 4 Oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 4 Oz Heavy shipping cream
- 6 Med Yellow potatoes (cut in quarters)
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2½ Serving Citrusy-Dill SpiceBean ™
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- ½ Tsp Salt
SUPPLIES
•Medium pot ▪ (2) Medium bowls
•Spatula, Large Fork ▪ Potato peeler
•Medium skillet ▪ Cutting board, Knife, Plate
HOW TO COOK
SHRIMP, SAUCE
•Drain shrimp. Salt with ¼ Tsp salt. Toss and let stand for 2 minutes
•In skillet heat olive oil.
•Add Shrimp brown for 2 minutes. Flip and repeat for 1 minute
•Remove to bowl
•In same skillet add 2 oz whipping cream. When sizzling add cheese, Stir continuously
•Add (1½) servings of SpiceBean ™ , mix well to blend with sauce
•Add shrimp with (aujus) juice. Stir a few times.
•Remove from heat and return to bowl.
POTATOES
•Bring 6 cups of water to boil in pot
•Add potatoes and continue to boil about 20 minutes (until fork pierce)
•Remove to bowl.
• Heat (1) serving of SpiceBean ™ in pot until soften
•Return potatoes to pot mixing well and smashing potatoes with fork
•Remove from heat
•Add butter and (1/4 Tsp) salt. (salt to taste). Fork whip well.
•Slowly add (2 oz) whipping cream. Fork whip.
