SAGE MASALA MINI CHEESEBURGER LEAF WRAPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 2oz Ground lean beef
  • 4 Pcs Head lettuce leaves
  • 4 Slices (Your Choice) Cheese
  • 8 Pcs Jalapeno peppers (sweet or hot)
  • 2 Serving Sage Masala SpiceBean
  • 2 Tsp Olive oil
  • ¼ Tsp Salt

SUPPLIES

•(4) toothpicks ▪ Medium bowl

•Spatula ▪ Medium skillet

•Plate

HOW TO COOK

•In skillet over medium heat add (1) Tsp oil, then SpiceBean ™ until soften

•Put beef in bowl, add skillet contents

•Mix well

•Make (4) equal size patties, return to skillet over medium heat

•Heat for 2 minutes adding a pinch of salt on top of each patty

•Flip patties, add a pinch of salt on top of each, heat 2 minutes

(note: heat time will produce medium cooked beef)

•Melt cheese on top while heating. Remove from heat

•Plate each patty enclosed in a leaf, top with peppers and stick in toothpick
