INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Oz Chicken Breast thin slice (skinless/boneless)
  • 4 Oz Baby Bella mushrooms, thin slice
  • 1 Lrg Shallot clove
  • 2½ Serving Sage Masala SpiceBean
  • 2 Cups Jasmine Rice (cook per package instructions)
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/3 Tbsp Salt (to taste)

SUPPLIES

•Spatula, Knife ▪ Large skillet

•Cutting board ▪ Plate

HOW TO COOK

•Pat chicken dry and salt on both sides

•In skillet over medium heat add oil, Add chicken, until begin to brown

•Flip.

•Add mushrooms and shallots. Stir frequently.

•Add SpiceBean

•Mix well with veggies (push chicken to one side of skillet)

•Heat until veggies are limp

•Remove from heat

•Plate over scoop of rice and serve.
