•Cutting board ▪ Plate
HOW TO COOK
•Pat chicken dry and salt on both sides
•In skillet over medium heat add oil, Add chicken, until begin to brown
•Flip.
•Add mushrooms and shallots. Stir frequently.

•Mix well with veggies (push chicken to one side of skillet)
•Heat until veggies are limp
•Remove from heat
•Plate over scoop of rice and serve.
