ROSEMARY LIMON-PARSLEY BEEF N’ TOMATO TOAST

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Oz Ground Lean Beef
  • ½ Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes (small chop)
  • 8 1” Slices Baguette bread (slice diagonal)
  • 2 Serving Rosemary Limon-Parsley SpiceBean
  • 2 Tsp Olive oil
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheese (mildly sweet)
  • ¼ Tsp Salt

SUPPLIES

•Cutting board ▪ Spatula, Knife

•Medium skillet ▪ Baking sheet/dish

HOW TO COOK

•Preheat Oven 375°

•In skillet over medium heat add (1) Tsp oil, then (1) SpiceBean ™ until soften

•Place bread on baking sheet and spread skillet mixture on 1-side

•Add a pinch of cheese atop each bread piece. Set aside.

•In skillet add (1) Tsp oil and beef. Stir frequently 2 minutes

•Add (1) SpiceBean ™ and mix well. Until brown.

•Add salt

•Remove from heat and mix in tomatoes

•Place beef on bread pieces

•Layer cheese on top.

•Place in oven until bread begins to brown and cheese is melting.

•Remove and serve
